Why Get Certified in the Leadership Growth Profile?
A Complete Coaching System, Not Just an Assessment
This certification equips coaches with a full, behaviour-based development system. You’re not just interpreting a report. You’re guiding leaders from insight through practice to sustained change.
Connect the Dots You Have Been Missing
The Leadership Growth Profile connects the dots between bottom line performance outcomes, leadership behaviours and the drivers of behaviours—all in one elegant and connected framework. It’s a game changer for leadership development.
Designed for Behaviour Change Under Pressure
The Leadership Growth Profile focuses on how leaders actually behave when the stakes are high. Certified coaches work with habitual patterns, self-regulation, and deliberate practice—not surface-level feedback.
Credible in Organisational Contexts
Address Difficult Leadership Behaviours with Confidence
The Leadership Growth Profile gives coaches clear, professional language to name patterns that limit a leader’s impact—without labelling, judging, or eroding trust.
A Professional Standard, Not a Commodity
Tools That Support the Whole Journey
Certified coaches gain access to a coherent set of tools that support assessment, debrief, development focus, and follow-through, all grounded in the same behavioural model.
These include:

How Certification Works
Certification in the Leadership Growth Profile is designed to build capability, not just familiarity.
The process ensures coaches can interpret the assessment accurately, work skilfully with behaviour and its underlying drivers, and apply the model with confidence in executive and organisational contexts.
The certification pathway includes three steps:
1.
Complete Your Own Leadership Growth Profile
As part of the certification process, coaches complete the Leadership Growth Profile themselves.
This provides direct experience of the assessment, the report, and the developmental conversations it supports, forming a critical foundation for effective use with clients.
2.
Training and Supervised Learning
Coaches learn how to interpret reports, facilitate debriefs, identify development priorities, and work with Green Zone practices, Red Zone patterns, and self-regulation in real coaching scenarios.
3.
Certification and Ongoing Support
This ongoing support helps ensure your practice remains current and aligned with the model as it evolves.
Certification is designed to integrate cleanly into existing coaching work, strengthening what you already do rather than requiring you to adopt a rigid or prescriptive approach.
