The certification pathway includes three steps:
Complete Your Own Leadership Growth Profile
Before you debrief the assessment with clients, you experience it yourself. Coaches complete the LGP as part of the certification process, which provides direct, grounded insight into what the assessment surfaces and the kind of developmental conversations it makes possible.
Four-Session Live Training
Training is delivered across four half-day sessions online, with pre-work and practical application between sessions.
The curriculum covers:
- Foundations of the LGP model: the Green Zone, Red Zone, self-regulation, and the Triple Goal.
- Interpreting reports accurately, including reading patterns, understanding percentile data, and distinguishing surface feedback from the behaviours that most influence impact.
- Facilitating debriefs that build trust and support honest reflection without creating defensiveness.
- Identifying development focus and the leader’s One Big Practice.
Working with behavioural drivers by uncovering what’s underneath Red Zone patterns (a core adult development competency). - Embedding change over time by integrating the LGP into ongoing engagements, programs, and organisational initiatives.
